Brewing Tea

Here are some brewing times and water temperatures for several different varieties of tea.
Use 1 teaspoon (it IS a TEAspoon) of tea per eight ounces of water.

White tea: 185 Degrees F for 5 minutes
Green tea: 180 Degrees F for 2 minutes
Japanese Green tea: 160 Degrees F for 1-2 minutes
Oolong tea: 200 Degrees F for 3 minutes
Black tea: 212 Degrees F for 4 minutes
Herbal "tea": 212 Degrees F for 4-5 minutes

I copied the brewing times and temperatures off of a bag of loose leaf tea that I got from The London Tea Room, I just wanted to make sure that I was not giving people the wrong times and temperatures!
